Returns & Claims

Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment receipt date. Materials must be unmarked and in sealable condition. Please include a copy of the receipt with the return items. Except for C&W Bookstore error, shipping and handling charges and return costs are not refundable.


Claims: Damaged, shortages, or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Claims made 1 month or more following receipt date will not be honoured.

All orders are payable in Canadian $.

5% GST must be added for each Canadian order.
