COURSE CANCELLATION AND FEE REFUNDS
|
Cancellations received up to five business days before the course are
refundable, minus a $35.00 registration service charge. Cancellations under
five days are subject to the entire seminar fee. If you do not cancel and do
not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If you are not able to
attend, you may send another person from your organization to take your place.
The Learning and Development Department reserves the right to cancel a course
or program if registration is insufficient. If the department cancels a course,
a full refund will be given. |
