The Healthy Buddies Program empowers children to live healthier lives by providing them with knowledge about, as well as encouraging positive attitudes toward, the three components of health: physical activity (Go Move!), healthy eating (Go Fuel!) and feeling good about yourself (Go Feel Good!). The program is designed to be fun and engaging for elementary school-aged children, while providing them with health education and the tools they need to make good health decisions for themselves later in life.
